The Hope Buss serves the Louisville community throughout five (5) main initiatives with the goal of addressing food insecurity, education, health and wellness, emergency services, and community engagement in a way that is engaging, impactful, and hopeful. We strive to make available resources accessible, to make hope tangible, and to be led by the community for the community.

Hope This Helps

 

This education and workforce initiative offers traditional and alternative education and job readiness services to youth and young adults between the ages of 16-24.

HopeFULL

 

This is our signature food justice program that works to increase access to food for underserved families in Louisville's West End by offering food box deliveries, transportation to grocery stores, a food pantry, and weekly hot meals to families and our houseless neighbors.

Hope FIRST

 

This is our emergency assistance program for families in crisis. Need a hand with utilities, rental assistance, childcare, unexpected car repairs or legal fees? Click on the link below to submit your request.

Hope Re-Imagined

 

This community engagement initiative provides fun and engaging actives for families we serve, such as the Mobile Fall Festival and Winter Wonderland.

Hope Heals

 

This is our healthcare and wellness initiative that aims to provide holistic wellness opportunities and education to our community with a focus on mental and physical health, Narcan administration and harm reduction in connection with our local community partners.

The Hope Buss is able to serve our community at such a high level with high impact because of our HopeFLEET, which will consistent of six buses used to mobilize hope throughout the community. Our HopeFLEET will allow us to bring our initiatives to the communities we serve, eliminating the access barrier that currently exists.
